Private Training

Our facility has private studios where it’s just you and your trainer. There is no waiting for equipment, or having to wipe down sweaty machines. It’s all programmed just for YOU. There is no intimidation. We decide if 30-minute sessions or 60-minute sessions would work best for you to achieve your goals.

tribe Training

A semi-private training session with your personal trainer. Some people find more motivation when they get to workout with others in a smaller group setting.  These are designed for people of any fitness level. Every exercise has modifications to best suit your fitness levels. You’ll also help keep each other accountable and push each other through the workout.

Most people  need help in the nutritional aspect of fitness. Your nutrition is just as important as your exercise in helping you lose weight and get healthy.  We take into consideration  dietary restrictions and any foods that you simply just don’t like. We will help you get a plan that works best for you and your lifestyle.

Body composition testing delves deep to reveal your muscle distribution and development across regions, going beyond just total muscle mass.
